ACQUITTAL BY A JURY OF YOUNG MAN OF MULTIPLE SEXUAL OFFENCES AND STALKING

Jenny Burgess successfully represented a young man in his early 20s acquitted by a jury of multiple sexual offences and stalking against an ex-partner. The case involved the deployment of significant amounts of Snapchat and iMessages which undermined the complainant's credibility. The stalking allegation was conceded at half-time by the prosecution.

Jenny was instructed by Natasha Patel and Ihan Karunaratne of Lloyds PR.
