We have a long and proud history of appearing in Courts Martial, both at home and overseas. Our barristers act both for the Services Prosecuting Authority and on behalf of members of the Armed Forces. We prosecute and defend the full range of offences, including those uniquely faced by service personnel and criminal offences of the utmost gravity.

Our barristers, who have wide experience in serious criminal prosecution and defence, provide advice and representation throughout the Courts Martial process, from investigation and the provision of initial charging advice through to trial and sentence.

We have a well-established expertise in military law and procedure, providing lectures and seminars to those unfamiliar with the Courts Martial process. We are also highly experienced at defending Members of the Armed Forces who face prosecution in civilian courts, and of the added complications this can sometimes entail.
