We are delighted to announce that Sarah Gaunt (formerly of the 36 Group) has accepted an invitation to join chambers.

Sarah Gaunt is an experienced criminal advocate who defends and prosecutes. She is a Grade 4 prosecutor on the General, Serious Economic and Organised Crime and International Directorate (SEOCID) and Rape and Serious Sexual Offences (RASSO) lists and is regularly instructed by complex and specialised CPS divisions. Sarah specialises in Serious Organised Crime; Cybercrime; Fraud/Money Laundering; Homicide and Serious Crime including Serious Sexual Offences. Sarah has recently been involved in the Undercover Policing Inquiry (2019-2024).

Sarah has presented several seminars, both domestically and internationally, on matters such as cybercrime, cryptocurrency & corporate compliance. A Lincolns Inn advocacy tutor, Sarah sits on the Bar Council Chambers Management and Representation Committees. Sarah was appointed a DDJ (Civil) in 2022 and sits as an LQC in Police Disciplinary Hearings. Sarah has consistently been a Leading Individual in the Legal 500 rankings over previous years.
