SUCCESSFUL APPEAL AGAINST CONVICTION
Paul Cavin KC, leading Patrick Hill (3 Raymond Buildings), successfully represented Bob Stewart MP in his appeal against conviction to Southwark Crown Court. Following a retrial, the Court quashed his Magistrates’ Court conviction of last year for an alleged racially aggravated public order offence.
