CONVICTION & SENTENCE IN DEATH BY DANGEROUS DRIVING CASE

Sally Mertens on behalf of the Crown secured the conviction of Evie Wiles of causing the death of Christopher Arnett by dangerous driving following a two-week trial in January 2025.   Today she was sentenced to 5 years 6 months’ imprisonment and disqualified from driving for 90 months.
