ATTEMPTED MURDER CONVICTION SECURED

Sam Barker successfully prosecutes man for Attempted Murder after he pushed a random stranger onto the tube track at Oxford Circus.  

After just 32 minutes of deliberation, the jury returned the guilty verdict in a case where the defendant was accused of trying to kill an entirely innocent man who was on his way home from work. The prosecution’s case was that the defendant had waited at the platform for over half an hour, and then shoved the man into the path of an approaching Victoria Line train doing almost 60kph. 

He will be sentenced next month.
