UK'S LARGEST EVER CONFISCATION & CIVIL RECOVERY PROCEEDINGS

Tom Nicholson, together with Robert Dougans and Sabina Leshchenko of Preiskel & Co, appeared in a hearing at Southwark Crown Court on 26 June 2025 in the long-running case involving the largest asset restraint order ever made by the English Courts.

Tom, Robert and Sabina are instructed by Jian Wen in confiscation and civil recovery proceedings relating to a seizure of Bitcoin worth well over £4.7bn at  current values.
