JUDICIAL APPOINTMENT - HIS HONOUR JUDGE FRANKLIN

Edward Franklin has been appointed to be a Circuit Judge by His Majesty the King on the advice of the Lord Chancellor and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales.

The Lady Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Snaresbrook Crown Court, with effect from 5th January 2026. He will be known as His Honour Judge Franklin.
