CONVICTIONS SECURED IN MURDER AND ATTEMPTED MURDER CASE

Sean Brunton KC led Amy Oliver in the prosecution of 64-year-old Kenneth Walker for the murder and attempted murder of two brothers. Mr Walker was the brothers’ stepfather and they had attended his home to catch up. Mr Walker attacked them both with a large combat knife.

 Mr Walker’s girlfriend Jane Byrne was convicted of perverting the course of justice and assisting an offender for her actions in cleaning up the crime scene, lying to police, providing Mr Walker with her phone, and updating him on the investigation.
