CONVICTION SECURED IN HUMAN TRAFFICKING CONSPIRACY CASE

Sarah Gaunt led in the successful prosecution of a European Human Trafficking conspiracy involving multiple illegal migrants over a substantial period of time via several different routes and modes of transport, through or into several EU countries. The defendants will be sentenced in due course.

The case was investigated by the National Crime Agency and Sarah was instructed by the Crown Prosecution Service’s Serious Economic, Organised Crime and International Directorate (SEOCID), Birmingham.
