ATTEMPTED MURDER CONVICTION SECURED
William Goss has concluded the successful prosecution of a man for Attempted Murder and Making Threats to Kill. Following a four-day trial at Guildford Crown Court, the jury returned unanimous verdicts despite the victim only suffering minor injuries. The defendant, having smoked crack cocaine and drank a third of a bottle of whiskey, made threats with multiple kitchen knives before attempting repeatedly to stab the victim to death in a residential garden.
Sentence will take place on the 27th April 2026.
