ACQUITTAL SECURED

Following a trial at Southwark Crown Court, Catherine Donnelly, as a Leading Junior, secured the acquittal of her client on allegations of fraud. The charges centred on a multi-million pound fraud said to have been committed against Barclays Bank over a two year period.
