YEAR OF CALL 2018
Max joined Chambers as a pupil in October 2018. He accepts instructions to prosecute and defend in the Magistrates’ Court and the Crown Court.
Before coming to the Bar, Max trained as a solicitor with the international commercial law firm Addleshaw Goddard LLP, where he worked in corporate law, competition law, and dispute resolution, including fraud and regulatory investigations. He was also seconded to the in-house legal department of Ted Baker plc, a FTSE 250 listed company.
During pupillage, Max has assisted in the conduct of cases involving complex fraud, money laundering, serious violence, firearms, extradition, burglary, harassment and offences against children.
