OUR PUPILS — 13rd February 2009

We currently have four working pupils in Chambers, who between them have gained substantial experience, ranging from undertaking Crown Court trials for defence and prosecution clients to assisting in Treasury Counsel cases. They are:

SEMINARS — 13rd December 2006

Chambers offers CPD-accredited seminars to professional clients on key areas of criminal law, including the preparation and presentation of expert medical / pathological evidence in cases of infant non-accidental head injury; the bad character provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 2003; an introduction to the Court Martial system, practice and procedure; and an introduction to MTIC (Missing Trader Intra Community) fraud.
