Member of Chambers Profile
Nick joined Chambers in August 2009 and brought with him a busy practice, with particular emphasis on criminal defence work. He is also a Grade 3 prosecutor for the Crown Prosecution Service. Nick is instructed at all levels and specialises in fraud and deception, the importation and supply of controlled drugs, drug trafficking and confiscation hearings, firearms, and public order act offences. He has also been instructed in trials of murder, attempted murder and rape. Nick has expertise in representing defendants with mental health issues and has appeared at Mental Health Tribunals and acted on fitness to plead hearings at the Crown Court.
