Tom is on the Attorney-General’s ‘B’ list and the CPS London Rape List. He has been instructed as a junior in a wide range of cases in recent years, concerning allegations of murder, manslaughter, attempted murder and the supply of drugs. He is familiar with issues arising under the Proceeds of Crime Act and has prosecuted money laundering cases giving rise to large scale contested confiscation hearings. Tom has wide experience of dealing with sex offences, offences against children and allegations relating to internet paedophile pornography.

Tom prosecutes and defends both in London and on the Western Circuit.
