Nick joined Chambers in September 2002, his practice being predominantly defence based, both in London and on the Western Circuit. He regularly acts as junior counsel defending in such matters as murder, commercial frauds and serious sex offences, and defends and prosecutes the full range of criminal offences including rape, historic indecency and child abuse, drugs, violence and firearms. He has also been instructed in courts martial, police disciplinary tribunals and in inquests involving complex medical issues. As an amateur racing driver, Nick's experience is particularly appropriate for motor sport disciplinary tribunals and serious driving offences involving technical evidence. He is also an accredited advocacy trainer for Lincoln's Inn.
